May loved ones accompany the patient?

Loved ones are welcome to accompany the patient. One or two traveling companions may accompany the patient at no additional charge. This is not a requirement, but is encouraged whenever practical. The only exception would be if the patient’s specific medical condition does not allow additional passengers.


Will my insurance cover the cost of the flight?

If certain criteria are met, insurance will cover the cost of the flight. Air Ambulance 911 is a provider for numerous insurance organizations. Air Ambulance 911 coordinator specialist will be able to help you determine whether your particular insurance will cover all or a portion of the cost of the flight. Please contact our flight coordinators to learn more.

 What is the cost of an air ambulance service?

The cost of our air ambulance service varies depending on the length of the flight. The quote we will give you will have the exact cost of the flight.

What is included in the quote?

All costs are included in our quote:

- Aircraft cost
- Medical crew
- Ground transportation on both ends
- Miscellaneous fees including landing fees, International fees, etc.

What destinations can you service?

Air Ambulance 911 can provide services within the United States and also Internationally. Please reach us and talk to one of our flight coordinators and we will get you or your love one where it needs to be.
